This notice also covers the data processing activities of our mobile applications, including Clean Gig, as described in the dedicated section below. As we release additional applications and services, we will update this notice accordingly or provide distinct privacy notices for them.

Contact Forms: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

We use the information we collect or receive to:

- Respond to user inquiries and offer support.

- Send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

- Protect our Services, for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention.

6. Clean Gig Mobile App

Clean Gig is a mobile application, available on iOS and Android, that connects property Hosts with Cleaners to coordinate cleaning jobs. This section describes the data practices specific to the Clean Gig app, in addition to the general practices described elsewhere in this notice.

Account Information: When you create a Clean Gig account (via email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple), we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We also store your selected role (Host or Cleaner) and language preference.

Property and Job Information: Hosts may provide property details (such as name and address), team information, and job details (such as scheduling, pricing, and instructions). If a Host connects an external calendar (e.g. Airbnb or Booking.com), we access that calendar's availability data solely to automatically create and keep cleaning jobs in sync.

Job Photos: Cleaners may upload before/after photos as proof of completed work. These photos are stored and are visible to the Host and Cleaner associated with that job.

Push Notifications: With your permission, we collect a device push token to deliver notifications about job status changes, messages, and team activity. You can disable specific notification types from within the app's settings.

Messages: Hosts and Cleaners can exchange messages related to a specific job within the app. These messages are stored and visible to both participants in the conversation.

Shared Information: Because Clean Gig is a two-sided marketplace, certain information is necessarily shared between a Host and the Cleaner assigned to their job (for example, a Cleaner can see the property address and job instructions, and a Host can see the Cleaner's name and submitted photos).

Data Storage: Clean Gig data is stored and processed using Supabase, a third-party backend infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your Clean Gig account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This action is irreversible.

Children's Privacy: Clean Gig is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
